Still allergic...

We tested Kaia's allergy again. She had a small helping of Annie's spaghettios for lunch and then 4! slices of pizza crust with sauce and all the toppings scraped off for dinner that evening. After the spaghettios she had developed a rash under her bottom lip on each side. We weren't sure it was the spaghettios as she'd been eating other things during the day and having foods stuck on her face, which can also cause rash. But then they by after dinner her cheeks were bright red and rashy and the rash under her lip was worse. We gave her some Claritin and witnessed some very hyper and aggressive behavior until passing out. We guess it's sans dairy again until 3 when we'll test it again.

Luckily she slept well and by morning most of the rash had disappeared. The allergy seems to be subsiding as once upon a time it meant her inability to fall asleep and stay asleep and waking 4 - 5 times a night and lasting 4 - 5 days before it was out of her system. This we can manage and feel it will one day not be an issue. Ice cream, grilled cheese sandwiches, and birthday cakes here she comes!
